Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• State of Michigan Real Estate License | Or Willingness to Obtain Through Guidance
• Two Years of Sales Experience | Preferably Within the Real Estate Industry

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with property owners and investors and effectively prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, direct mail, networking, etc.
• Guide clients through the acquisition or disposition process including negotiating Listing Agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and Purchase and Sales Agreements
• Research and stay up to date on market trends, forecasts, and other relevant data
• Create market proposals and reports for clients and potential leads
• Collaborate with other agents and brokers within the industry
